DOLL INFORMATION
◆ Dolls are artificial humans, and there are two types of Dolls, 'mechanical' and 'natural.'
◆ Mechanical Dolls have metal skeletons with flesh body and are commonly known as Mechs.
◆ Natural Dolls are purely biological parts—mostly human, but sometimes with animal enhancements—and are called Bios.
◆ Mechs are usually much smaller than Bios, usually between the height of a child to young teen, since most metals are resistant to magic, making them more diffcult to create. Bios, however, more variation when it comes to height due to the fact that biological matter absorbs and contain mana better than metals.
◆ While mostly different, both types share magical gems as their 'hearts' or cores. These gems are what keep Dolls functional and without them, the Dolls are literally rotting meat puppets. The gem's magic is what keeps the Dolls frame and body together, and also heals the body if damaged.
◆ Since Dolls powered by mana, they don't require food, sleep, air, etc.
◆ Dolls are not strictly connected or tied to their creators/masters, however, since they have limited mana on their own, it's generally considered in their best interest to stay for a sure supply of mana. Although, some Dolls choose to break ties and find alternative sources.
◆ Dolls are capable of magic, but doing so drains of their mana—in order words, their life force, so they usually only used in dire cases, although some use it for their own needs.
◆ The personality of a Doll is shaped by their creator, as a Doll is like a fraction of their creator.
